Santo Tomás de Chichicastenango is an indigenous located 150km from Guatemala City, located in the mountains of Quiché. The population celebrate All Saints Day, with dances reminicent of the Spanish Conquest. The townspeople gather during the day in the main square and in the cementery where they clean their ancenstors tombs and then proced to the dances and the procesion.
